No Work!

It is nice to work for the State and get the day off!
Today's workout included cyclo-core DVD and a 3 mile treadmill run. After using the DVD for about a month I am able to complete all exercises in one session without much pain or miss a rep. I also am not sore the next day.

Just wanted to let you know about the Garfield Heights runs on Tuesday nights (I saw your comment on TriSaraTops)'s part Team in Training crew, part SERC runners, but really it's just a group of people running together. We do the Garfield Heights reservation loop (2m loop by the nature center), and meet at 6:15 for 6m, or a bit before 6 for 8m (and I think there is one psycho who goes even earlier to get 10m in)...the run usually consists of an easy lap, a lap with hill repeats or a build up or some other form of workout, and then a cool down lap...check out for more info...I also listed my times on'm in the middle of the crowd...there are some speedsters, and some 10min/m and slower should come next week! We go to Hoggy's in Independence afterwards to eat. Okay, enough info on a comment! Feel free to email me about it if you want...or else ask me on Sunday!

Hi Papa Louie! Thanks for stopping by my blog! It's nice to "meet" another Ohio racer/blogger out there! Maybe I'll see you around at some races - I noticed your pic was from Huntington Tri - I love that race!!
